Q: How long will my Dolce Vita cake stay fresh?

A: If stored properly and kept somewhere cool, chocolate and sponge cakes will stay fresh for 10-14 days. Marzipan and icing on a fruitcake act as a barrier, giving a shelf life of up to a year. We are happy to advise you on how to store your cake – just ask!

Q: Do you cater for special dietry requirements?

Our wedding cakes are handmade from fresh seasonal ingredients and local produce. All special diets can be catered for including wheat-free, diabetic, vegan and food allergies. Please just let us know your requirements.
